2026 Harrison Hoya High School Football — Registration Information Grades 9–12
Thank you for registering your player for the 2026 Harrison Hoya Football season. We look forward to another great year. Please review the details, key dates, and requirements below carefully.
Registration Details
- Cost: $750 (includes registration and pre-game meals)
- Registration Opens: March 2, 2026
- Full Payment Due: June 30, 2026 — Families who pay in full by this date will receive a free registration hoodie. No exceptions after this deadline.
Spring & Summer Schedule
- March 25 — Rising 9th Grade Parent Meeting, 6:30 PM @ ABC
- March 31 — Varsity Parent Meeting (Grades 10–12), 6:30 PM @ PAC
- April 13–22 — Rising 9th Grade Practices, 5:00–7:15 PM
- April 23 — Rising 9th Grade Inner Scrimmage
- April 30 — Varsity Spring Practice Begins
- May 16 — Spring Game @ North Cobb, 7:30 PM
- May 25 — Dead Week (Family Vacations Encouraged)
- June 1 — Dead Week (Family Vacations Encouraged; optional weight training for players in town)
- June 29 — Dead Week (Family Vacations Encouraged)
- July 20–24 — Varsity Mandatory Attendance Week
- July 23 — Senior Banner Pictures, 6:30 PM
- July 25 — Picture Day
- July 27 — First Official Day of 2026 Fall Practice
Concession Deposit
Each family is required to work three concession shifts per player and one cleanup day per family. A $350 deposit check will be collected at the Potluck Dinner on August 5 at 6:30 PM in the Main Cafeteria. Deposit checks will be returned at the end of the season if all assigned shifts are completed. Failure to work any assigned shift will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Fundraising Requirement
Fundraising is critical to supporting our program. Families who choose not to sell Hoya Cards may opt out by paying a $350 fee. Families who opt out of Hoya Cards must still participate in other fundraising activities.
Eligibility
Players must reside in the Harrison High School district. Please visit the CCSD Transportation webpage to confirm your player’s eligibility.
Sibling Discount
The first player is billed at full price. Each additional sibling receives a $25 discount.
Camps
Any invitation-only camp requires an additional fee, which will be collected by the coaching staff or HHSFBC.
Mandatory Physical Requirements
All players must have a completed physical form on file before participating in any football activity.
Submission: Upload all pages of the Cobb County Physical Form to ParentVUE (instructions available on the site) and submit an electronic copy to the coaching staff.
Guidelines:
- Physicals are valid for 12 months from the exam date.
- Any physical completed on or after April 1, 2026, is valid for the 2026–2027 GHSA school year.
- The exam must be performed by a licensed M.D., D.O., nurse practitioner, or physician’s assistant.
- The form must be signed by an M.D. or D.O. (a doctor’s stamp is acceptable if it is in script and includes identifying information).

2026 Harrison Junior Hoya Football — Registration Information Grades 6-8

- Cost: $675 (includes Junior Program Football Summer Camp)
- Registration Opens: March 2, 2026
- Full Payment Due: June 30, 2026 — Families who pay in full by this date will receive a free registration hoodie. No exceptions after this deadline.

- April 20–21 — Equipment Distribution, 6:30–8:00 PM
- April 27–May 9 — JRP Spring Practice
- May 9 — Spring Game
- July 13–16 — JRP Summer Camp, 6:30–8:30 PM
- July 20 — First Day of Practice
- July 25 — Picture Day

Required Documents
Players will not receive equipment until online registration is complete, all registration fees and deposits are paid, and all required documents are submitted at equipment distribution.
Please bring the following to equipment distribution (2 copies of each unless noted):
- Player’s Birth Certificate (2 copies)
- GMSAA Waiver (2 copies)
- GMSAA Concussion Awareness Waiver (2 copies)
- CCSD Physical Form (2024–2025), all pages (1 copy)
- Two utility bills showing the legal parent/guardian’s name and the player’s residence within the Harrison district
Refund Policy
